Largo, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGO), (TSX: LGO) is a global leader in the vanadium sector, providing products, materials, and solutions for a low-carbon future. The Company’s vanadium products are sourced from one of the world's highest-grade vanadium deposits at Largo's Maracás Menchen Mine in Brazil, and the Company is advancing its U.S.-based clean energy division with its VCHARGE vanadium batteries business.

Sierra Metals Inc. (TSX: SMT.TO) is a diversified Canadian mining company with green metal exposure including copper, as well as other base and precious metals production with precious metals byproduct credits. The Company is focused on the production and development of its Yauricocha Mine in Peru, and Bolivar and Cusi Mines in Mexico.

Compañía Minera Kolpa S.A. (“Kolpa”) is a private metal producer located in Peru producing silver, zinc, lead and copper. Kolpa’s underground polymetallic mining unit is located in a highly geologically prospective area and has grown significantly over the past years to a current production capacity of over 1,800 tons/day.

ARC invested in a Vale debt security which was a royalty-like instrument trading in the local debentures market in Brazil where holders have the right to a perpetual remuneration on certain iron ore and copper mining assets in Brazil owned and operated by Vale.

Cautivo Mining Inc. operates as a mineral exploration company. The Company focuses on acquiring, exploring, and developing gold, silver, copper, zinc, and lead mineral properties. Cautivo Mining owns mines land packages in the Departments of Piura and La Libertad in northern Peru.

Vanacorp Peru S.A. is a private Peruvian mining exploration company 100% owned by ARC and is focused on vanadium. The company owns the Minas Ragra asset, which was formerly the World’s highest grade and largest source of vanadium. Since acquiring the asset in 2016, the Company has identified future strategic value and economic potential through the understanding of the Minas Ragra deposit and the discovery of new vanadium exploration targets.

Aura is a mid-tier gold and copper production company focused on the development and operation of gold and base metal projects in the Americas. The Company’s producing assets include the San Andres gold mine in Honduras, the Ernesto/Pau-a -Pique gold mine in Brazil and the Aranzazu copper-gold-silver mine in Mexico. In addition, the Company has four additional gold projects in Brazil: Almas, under construction; Borborema and Matupá, in development, and São Francisco, in care & maintenance. Aura is also present in Colombia through its Tolda Fria gold project.

Sandstorm is a gold royalty company that provides upfront financing to gold mining companies that are looking for capital and in return, receives the right to a percentage of the gold produced from a mine, for the life of the mine. Sandstorm holds a portfolio of 250 royalties, of which 39 of the underlying mines are producing. Sandstorm plans to grow and diversify its low cost production profile through the acquisition of additional gold royalties.

GlobeStar Mining Corporation was a Canadian-based mining and exploration company producing copper, gold, and silver at its 100%-owned Cerro de Maimon mine located in the Dominican Republic. GlobeStar was acquired by Perilya.

Antares Minerals owned the Haquira copper-molybdenum-gold-silver project in Peru which is one of the world’s largest undeveloped copper deposits and sits adjacent to the Las Bambas copper-gold project. Antares was acquired by First Quantum in a transaction for C$460 million.

Centenario is a provider of copper mining and exploration services. The company operates copper mining properties and engages in the exploration of copper in the Franke property located in the Altamira mining district of Region II, Chile and Pelusa Property located in the Altamira Mining District, near the southern limit of Region II of Chile.
