Alberto Arias founded ARC in 2007 and serves as its Portfolio Manager. Mr Arias is a successful buy-side and sell-side metals specialist with over 27 years of sector specific experience which includes 14 years managing metals focused private equity funds with an outperformance track record. He is responsible for the long-term vision and investment strategy execution and the sourcing of deals.
Prior to founding ARC, Mr. Arias was a Managing Director, Metals & Mining Research at Goldman Sachs from 1998-2006 and Executive Director, Metals & Mining Research covering Latin America at UBS Warburg from 1994-1998.

Mr. White brings two decades of experience with alternative asset managers (private equity and hedge funds) to his position as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, which he has held since 2009.
Prior to ARC, Mr. White was Chief Operating Officer for an SEC-registered investment adviser that managed long/short equity hedge funds.

Mr. Durrant is the Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee for Arias Resource Capital GP II Ltd with over 25 years experience with the investment bank S.G.Warburg & Co Ltd, later UBS Group, in Europe, Australasia and the USA where he was Global Head of the Natural Resources Group.
Mr. Durrant is a lawyer and senior finance executive with wide international experience in investment banking and business and a strong background in strategic business development, funding and public private partnerships in emerging markets.
Mr. Larroque is an Investment Advisory Committee member to Arias Resource Capital GP II Ltd. He has over 30 years’ experience in investment and strategy advisory in the international mining and natural resource industries. In particular Mr. Larroque has extensive knowledge in the structuring of private equity and joint venture investments and the structuring of debt in emerging markets.
Mr. Larroque has held executive positions at Jadwa Investments, UBS Asset Management, AIG, SBC Warburg, and the IFC, working for transactions in or advising several African, Middle Eastern and Latin American countries.
Mr. Tellechea is an Investment Advisory Committee member to Arias Resource Capital GP II Ltd. He has extensive experience in international mining, serving as the current interim CEO of Largo Inc. and having served as president and chief executive officer of Sierra Metals Inc. Mr. Tellechea is also a member of the Board of Largo Inc.
Prior to Sierra Metals, Mr. Tellechea was president and chief executive officer of Asarco LLC (2003 to 2005), he served as the managing director of finance and administration for Asarco's parent, Grupo Mexico (1994 to 2003), and also served as Asarco's chief financial officer and vice-president of finance for Southern Copper Corp.
